From the Eastern China city of Suzhou, elmwood lattice window frames in many sizes and geometric configurations. These window frames were originally lined with translucent rice paper that would allow ambient light into the living space. Creative uses for these frames include wall hangings, headboards, room dividers, and platform for plant hanging.
